Hi! I’m Jem — a maker, mentor, and founder of a handmade brand that ranks in the top 3% of Etsy shops worldwide. Over three years, I’ve grown my business to generate over six figures in revenue, built a loyal base of repeat customers, and earned a steady stream of five-star reviews — all without relying on a big ad budget, hundreds of listings or constant social media promotion.
It didn’t happen overnight. My journey has been full of trial, error, and plenty of late-night problem-solving, but it’s taught me how to create balance — both in business and in life. I’ve learned how to ride the natural ebb and flow of sales so my shop stays steady throughout the year, giving me the freedom to focus on motherhood and the rest of life.
After years of testing, tweaking, and refining my shop (and learning lesson’s the hard way!), I’ve now streamlined my business so it runs smoothly with the help of a small team. These days, the business pretty much hums along on its own, just requiring a couple of hours a day for order packing, the occasional big restock day, and some maintenance here and there — which gives me the flexibility to focus on something new while navigating life with a little one!
The Crafted Path was born from this season of change and refinement I find myself in. I now help other creative sellers find their own version of sustainable success. My approach is warm, honest, and jargon-free, designed for real people running real handmade businesses — not faceless brands with huge teams or marketing budgets.
